User Management

The User Management gives you a clear overview of your employee structure. You can manage and reset passwords, search for employees by workstation or position and assign employees to assets.

You can import user data from Active Directory into the DeskCenter Management Suite; all user data is deposited in a central directory. This gives you the freedom to manage even flexible employee structures with frequently changing mobile workstations.

Additionally, DeskCenter helps to keep your costs under control. All costs can be clearly associated with the respective employee or source. This gives you the option to create detailed reports, which can serve as basis for financial optimization.

User integration and import from external systems

You can link systems or components to users to get an overview on which asset or component is used by which employee. To reduce manual effort, you can also import asset information from already existing databases and external systems.
